We don't run a standing pipeline of job postings — hires happen when a specific project or capability gap makes it clear we need someone, not on a schedule. If that sounds limiting, it's intentional: we care more about who joins than about how fast we grow.

What we look for

• People who'd rather understand the "why" behind a feature than just ship what's asked
• Comfort with the honesty-first approach described in our approach — including telling a client "no" when it's the right call
• Genuine curiosity for experimentation and learning, even outside working hours
